West Coast Ag, LLC. (WCA) is a polysaccharide-based coating company serving the food and agricultural industries.  WCA’s proprietary products are applied to fresh cut produce and fruits to extend shelf-life. Founded in 2003, the Company is growing its presence in the Fresh-Cut industry where its products are used as a processing aid to dramatically extend the shelf life of fresh cut vegetables, fruits, field-cored iceberg lettuce and topped & tailed romaine grown in North America and Asia.

New products are currently under development at WCA and being tested with various customers.
